Order Processing & Handling Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Cut-off time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT+10:00, Sydney Time) will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Shipping Carrier
We use FedEx and TNT for insured, express, and trackable deliveries. A signature is required upon delivery for security.

Up to $80,000 AUD $250 AUD (Flat Rate) 3–4 business days 
Over $80,000 AUD $500 AUD (Flat Rate) 3–4 business days

3. Order Tracking & Shipment Confirmation
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking details activate within 24 hours (Mon–Fri).

4. Order Cancellation & Changes
Cancelling an Order:
You may request cancellation before your order is processed.

Changing Shipping Address
Address changes are only possible before dispatch.
Once shipped, we cannot reroute or modify delivery details.

5. Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Items
If Your Order Arrives Damaged
1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Provide:
Order number
Photos of the damaged item & packaging
3. We will offer a replacement or refund under ACL guidelines. 

Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order does not arrive within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date, contact us for investigation.
We will work with the courier to locate your package or provide a resolution.

6. Australian Consumer Law (ACL) Compliance
Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to:
A repair, replacement, or refund if goods are faulty, misdescribed, or unfit for purpose.
Compensation if a service fails to meet consumer guarantees.
Clear and accurate delivery terms before purchase.

Our obligations under ACL:
- We ensure all products are accurately described, high-quality, and safely packaged.
- If an item is defective, we will resolve the issue promptly (repair, replace, or refund).

- We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses, customs, or unforeseen courier delays.
- Signature on delivery is required—we are not responsible for lost packages if no signature is obtained.
- Public holidays and weekends are not counted in delivery estimates.
